Please find some frequently asked questions regarding Qalby Events here:

You may have accidentally used two different emails when making payment and when registering for an event. Worry not, you can reach out to us at events@qalby.io to retrieve your e-ticket.

We're sorry you have had to experience that. Sometimes, our system experienced some glitches while getting the e-ticket ready or the download link might have expired on your end but worry not we have your seat reserved if you have successfully paid for the ticket(s).

You can reach out to us at events@qalby.io with your name, order number and phone number for us to check and we will advice and guide you from there.

Currently we accept payment via:

  • Stripe (Credit Card, Apple Pay)
  • Billplz (Online banking)

1. Refund Eligibility:
- Full Refund: Requests for a full refund will be honoured if submitted within 10 days before the event date.
- No Partial Refund: This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with event planning and management.

2. No Refund Policy
- Qalby Events operates under a no-refund policy for tickets bought on Sale price or during a Sale campaign.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Events:
- In the unfortunate event that Qalby cancels the event for any reason, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the event cancellation.

4. Ticket Transfers and Exchanges:
- Qalby will not handle ticket transfer requests unless stated otherwise on a separate note later on.

5. Refund Request Procedure:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [events@qalby.io].
- Clearly state your name, order number, and the reason for the refund request.

6. Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
- Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

7. Exceptional Circumstances:
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events.
- Requests for exceptional refunds must be submitted with supporting documentation.

8. Ticket Resale:
- Ticket resale is NOT allowed, and Qalby is not responsible for any issues arising from the resale of tickets if done behind our knowledge.

9. Changes to the Refund Policy:
- Qalby reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
- Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated through our website or other official channels.
